How to Use It
Draw a line as close as you can to your upper lashes, from the inner corners of your eyes to the outer corners. Trace along your lower lashes, as well, if you want—but keep that line wedged into your actual lashes for the best definition
For a wide-eyed look, line only the outer third of your eyes
Makeup-artist trick: For a softer, smoldering effect, dull down the tip between your thumb and a finger
